In the scope of agricultural management of the Estate, works are carried out to improve pastures, establish crops for wildlife, maintain agricultural paths, repair and install fences, and sow areas with forage crops. All these actions take into consideration the maintenance of biodiversity and soil conservation, while making good use of the existing natural resources.
VEGETABLE GARDENS AND ORCHARDS
At Noudar Nature Park, there are three vegetable gardens for horticultural and aromatic plant production: Monte Garden, Senhora Garden, and Olival Garden. These gardens are cultivated using Organic Production Methods and serve as demonstrations of good agricultural practices. You can also visit our fruit orchards and olive grove. Experience our aromatic plants, available for consumption at our cafeteria and for sale at our shop.
